Mitra is operated by The Coaching Record. Deleting an account permanently removes the account and its associated data (chat history, learning records, profile) as described in our Privacy Policy.
Parents: sign in at mitratutor.com/parent/login (or open the Mitra app → I'm a parent) → Account → Delete account. This deletes your parent account and all linked student accounts and their data. To remove a single student only, open that student's page and choose Unenroll.
Email [email protected] from the email address on the account and request deletion. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
Student accounts are created and controlled by a parent or guardian; deletion runs through the parent account (or the email route above) in line with children's privacy law.
